About
Kirk Hendry is a BAFTA-nominated director working across feature film and brand campaigns in live-action, VFX and animation.
His debut feature, Kensuke’s Kingdom, co-directed with Neil Boyle and adapted by Frank Cottrell-Boyce from Michael Morpurgo’s beloved novel, features the voices of Cillian Murphy, Sally Hawkins and Ken Watanabe.
Alongside his film work, he has directed award-winning campaigns for ITV, BBC, American Express, WWF and The Guardian.
Born in New Zealand, he is based in London and works internationally.
